Does OrderKick take a commission on my orders?
No. You pay the fixed monthly price, however many orders come in through your ordering page.
What is not included in the price?
Payment provider fees, tablet and receipt printer. The guest app is an add-on: €12 a month or €130 a year, per location.
What does an extra location cost?
€29 a month for each extra location. You run several locations with one login, and a report brings the orders of all locations together.
Can I try OrderKick first?
Yes. From the launch on 31 October 2026 you can try OrderKick for 30 days. Until then we show you OrderKick in a demo with your own menu.
How do my guests pay?
In cash or by card on collection or delivery. You decide which payment methods you offer.
Are the prices net?
Yes. OrderKick is for businesses and bills in euros: €39 a month, plus VAT.
