What do I need?

What you need fits on one slip.

The ordering page, the app and the restaurant area are included. For the kitchen you bring an Android device and a receipt printer.

Ordering page and restaurant area
You keep your menu, hours and delivery areas up to date in the browser, on your phone too.
Order-intake app
On an Android tablet or phone. New orders arrive with an alarm, and you accept them with a time.
Receipt printer
An Epson receipt printer with a network connection. We work out the right model with you in the demo.

Without a connected app your ordering page accepts no new orders, and your team gets an email.

Does it suit my place?

For places with collection or their own delivery.

OrderKick is no marketplace and no delivery service. Guests order directly from you, and you deliver yourself or guests collect.

What is your own online ordering system?

An ordering page for your restaurant where guests order directly from you, for collection or delivery. The order arrives in your order-intake app, and you accept it with a time.

Do my guests need an app?

No. Your guests order in the browser, through your link, the QR code or your website. Regulars can use your guest app with your name and logo; it is an add-on. Only your team uses the order-intake app; one device is active per location.

Do I need my own website?

No. Your ordering page has its own link that you can share, also as a QR code. If you have a website, the order button joins it. On request you get a restaurant website with your menu, hours and order button on orderkick.com, at no extra charge.

Can I stay on delivery platforms at the same time?

Yes. OrderKick is your own ordering channel alongside the platforms. Platform orders keep coming in through their own channels; OrderKick does not merge them.

How do my guests pay?

In cash or by card on collection or delivery. You decide which payment methods you offer.

What does it cost?

€39 a month plus VAT for your first location, with no commission per order, billed monthly. Not included: payment provider fees, tablet and receipt printer. Guest app add-on: €12 a month per location.
