How do I read the result?

Three things before you calculate.

  1. The platform stays for new guests

    Guests who do not know you yet often find you through a platform. Your example is about the guests who already come back.

  2. Commission is not everything

    Payment fees, a tablet and a receipt printer come on top. In return, your own ordering page charges no commission per order.

  3. Ordering direct is a habit

    Guests switch once they know your link: on the flyer in the bag, on your website and in your Google profile.

Where do I find my commission rate?

In your contract with the platform or in the monthly statement. Use the rate for the orders you want to calculate, without payment fees.

Why don’t you suggest a rate?

Because rates differ by contract, delivery type and extra services. With your own rate, your result is right.

Are payment fees included?

No. Payment provider fees also apply on your own ordering page when guests pay by card. Add them with your provider.

Do I have to leave the platform?

No. Many restaurants use a platform for new guests and their own ordering page for regulars. The calculator shows what each order costs that you bring into your own channel.

What does OrderKick cost?

€39 per month for one location, without commission. Payment provider fees, tablet and receipt printer are not included.
