Who is behind OrderKick?

From our family business. For restaurants.

We are twin brothers who took over our father’s signage business. Years of working with restaurant owners showed us how rising commissions and dependence on ordering platforms affect their daily business. That is where OrderKick began, initially for our own customers.

We spent over two years building OrderKick alongside our computer science studies. Our restaurant customers’ needs shaped its development. Our goal: an ordering channel of their own, giving restaurants more control over their online business.

Who is behind OrderKick?

Twin brothers from a family signage business. OrderKick grew out of working with our restaurant customers. Company details are in the imprint.

Do the restaurants shown use OrderKick already?

Yes. The restaurants shown use OrderKick and have agreed to be featured as references.

Is OrderKick a marketplace?

No. OrderKick is no marketplace and no delivery service. Guests order directly from you, on your own ordering page.

Where are the website and database hosted?

Our privacy policy names DigitalOcean in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. It also explains data processing and possible access from other countries.

How do I reach you?

By email or WhatsApp, in German. On WhatsApp we usually reply within 12 hours. You request a demo with the form, and we reply within one business day.
